Lam her UTEP Field Supervisor assigned to conduct the required four observations and ‘evaluations. ‘At Montwood HS, Ms. Vidaurri delivered High School Science lessons for her Biglogy assignment, She worked closely with her cooperating teacher, Ms. Schacht In creating very engaging lessons, which the students greatly enjoyed. She did a great job at this, creating hands on lessons and delivering them effectively. Her use of Technology also enhanced this teaching. Ms. Vidaurri has good classroom management and uses established effective classroom routines and procedures that help students went to learn. She communicates with the students very clearly and thoy know the classroom expectations. Karem has good rapport with students and warks hard te help them succeed.
