    Dear AVLCI,

    I am writing to request an extension of the validity of my gift certificate. The certificate was
    originally issued on December 18, 2022, and its expiration date is fast approaching on February
    16, 2023. Unfortunately, I have been unable to utilize the certificate due to unforeseen
    circumstances, and I would greatly appreciate an extension to ensure that I can still make use of
    it.

    I am truly grateful for the gift certificate, and I would hate to see it go to waste. I am hoping that
    you can still allow me to use the gift certificate.

    I understand that gift certificate policies are in place to ensure fairness and order, but I would
    like to assure you that I have every intention of using the certificate as soon as possible. I would
    be grateful if you could consider it.
