    A blessing of peace and goodwill.

    For times that I had the full access of my online account on LERIS, I have found no
    issues whatsoever in regards to creating a transaction.
    It has brought into my attention when I tried accessing my account recently that it
    requires me to update my account for some reasons that I have no clues of. With
    my plans of applying for BLEPT this coming September, I would like to ask from
    your good office in helping me update my online account which I can no longer
    access as of this moment. I attached herewith my log-in details for your reference.
