CARETAKER AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is made between LERMA ROWENA S. ALCANTARA (Owner) andLHEA MARIE
M. OBRERO (Caretaker). The parties agree as follows:

1. Land Caretaker agrees to monitor the Land having the address: Block No. _____, LotNo.
_____, Barangay _____, Municipality of __________, __________Province.

2. Term: This agreement shall commence on February 2022 and continue

untilFebruary 2027, subject to renewal thereafter.

3. Guidelines: Caretaker agrees to monitor the Land pursuant to the terms

andconditions set forth in this agreement.
A. Caretaker shall (as always) inspect the land and check for any signs of damages,forced
entry, or any other condition that may be of concern to the Owner.
B. Caretaker can plant any type/kinds of plants.
C. Caretaker can harvest mangoes from the trees.
D. Caretaker cannot do any type of spraying (insecticide, fungicide,
fertilizer)without the knowledge and authority of the Owner.
E. Caretaker cannot put up or construct any kinds of dwelling.
F. Caretaker cannot use the land for any farming activities (cow, pig, goat, chicken,etc.)
G. Caretaker shall contact Owner for authorization for any repairs in the event
thatdamage to Land is visual and in need of a contractor.
H. Caretaker shall physically and visually inspect driveway to insure no damage
hasoccurred and shall contact Owner if any damage is evident.

4. Payment: Caretaker shall receive P1,000/month for services tendered.

5. Caretaker shall maintain a log of any and all activities performed as required and shallmake
such log available to the Owner or their authorized representative upon demand.Such log shall
include at a minimum the date of any activity and a description of thefindings and activity of
the caretaker during each visit.

6. Compliance: Caretaker agrees to comply with all national and local laws relating tothe
monitoring of the Land.

7. Effect of Termination: On Termination of the Agreement, the following will apply:

A. Caretaker shall promptly deliver to owner all keys/openers to the Land, and allother
items of property which are owned by Owner and found in Caretaker’spossession.
B. Caretaker’s right to inspect the Land shall cease.
C. Any relationship created under this Agreement between the parties shall cease.
8. Time of Essence: Time is of the essence is this agreement. Executed on
