Nutritionist : Yes, I am. Everybody should be happy with their weight and body shape.
Fred : Do you think possible to lose weight and enjoy eating?
Nutritionist : Yes, it’s possible. But you have to changes your eating habits.
Nutritionist : How much weight do you want to lose?
Fred : 15 pounds. How important exercising for a diet?
Nutritionist : Very important exercise for a diet, especially to lose weight in short period of
time.
Fred : Do you think diets are useful or not?
Nutritionist : Diet is useful if you choose the right one.
Fred : Have you ever tried for a diet? Did it work?
Nutritionist : It works. You can trust me.
Fred : What’s your advice for someone who wants to diet?
Nutritionist : I can give you some advice. But I want you to follow my advice. If you want
to lose some weight, you should choose a low carbohydrate diet. Stress is your
enemy, you should get enough to sleep.
