При добровольном или вынужденном изменении дат перевозки и/или рейсов, указанных в настоящем полисе и в электронном билете
Застрахованного (в случае если номер заказа (PNR) и/или авиабилета остаются без изменений), настоящий полис не требует
обязательного переоформления и продолжает действовать в отношении измененных дат перевозки и/или рейсов при этом Страховщик
несет ответственность только за то количество рейсов, которое указано в настоящем полисе в разделе «Перевозки».
Возврат страховой премии производится в размере 100%:
1. в случае отказа Страхователя – физического лица от настоящего Договора страхования в течение 14 календарных дней со дня его
заключения при отсутствии событий, имеющих признаки страхового случая и при условии, что на дату подачи представителю
Страховщика заявления о расторжении настоящего Договора страхования (Полиса) срок действия настоящего Договора страхования не
окончился (дата последнего из перелетов указанных в настоящем Полисе еще не истекла). В случае окончания срока действия настоящего
Договора страхования возврат страховой премии не производится, за исключением случаев, когда обязанности Страховщика по
настоящему Договору страхования не могли быть исполнены в течение срока действия настоящего Договора страхования, в связи с
исчезновением предмета страхования по причинам иным, чем наступление страхового случая.
2. по заявлению Страхователя (Застрахованного), при условии, что на дату заявления о расторжении настоящего Договора страхования
(Полиса), ни одна из указанных в настоящем Полисе перевозок не была начата.
3. в случае отказа Страхователя (Застрахованного) от всех указанных в настоящем Договоре страхования (Полисе) перевозок, до их
начала. В этом случае дополнительные документы сторонами не оформляются. Основанием для возврата страховой премии является факт
расторжения договора перевозки. Договор страхования автоматически прекращается до наступления срока, на который он был заключен,
в связи с тем, что после его вступления в силу возможность наступления страхового случая отпала, и существование страхового риска
прекратилось по обстоятельствам иным, чем страховой случай.
После начала любой из перевозок, указанных в настоящем Договоре страхования (Полисе), страховая премия не подлежит возврату, за
исключением случая, предусмотренного п.1 настоящего раздела

Прочие условия страхования:
Настоящим полисом Страховщик подтверждает заключение договора страхования в соответствии с Публичной офертой и «Правилами
страхования пассажиров» (далее – Правила), и обязуется за обусловленную договором плату (страховую премию) возместить
Страхователю или иному лицу, в пользу которого заключен полис (Выгодоприобретателю), в пределах определенных договором
страховых сумм и лимитов ответственности, убытки, причиненные в результате наступления предусмотренного договором события
(страхового случая).
Страховая премия оплачивается единовременно при заключении договора страхования.
Договор страхования вступает в силу с даты оплаты страховой премии и действует в течение 15 календарных дней. Срок действия
договора страхования продлевается на срок, необходимый для завершения перевозки, - в случае если билет был приобретен более чем за
15 дней до начала перевозки и/или рейс был перенесен и/или перевозка не была завершена в указанные сроки.
Срок страхования (период ответственности Страховщика) в отношении каждого риска в соответствии с условиями Публичной оферты.
Страхователь (Застрахованный) согласен на обработку Страховщиком и уполномоченными им третьими лицами персональных данных,
указанных в настоящем полисе (а также иных персональных сведений, получаемых Страховщиком при исполнении настоящего полиса),
включая специальные категории персональных данных, любыми способами, установленными законом, в том числе сбор,
систематизацию, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), использование, распространение (в том числе передачу),
обезличивание, блокирование, уничтожение персональных данных как на бумажных, так и на электронных носителях, с целью
исполнения настоящего Договора, а также информирования Страхователя (Застрахованного) о программах страхования, о сроке действия
настоящего Договора и иными целями. Настоящее согласие действует на весь срок действия договора страхования и в течение пяти лет
после окончания срока действия договора страхования и может быть отозвано в любой момент времени путем передачи Страховщику
письменного уведомления, подписанного субъектом персональных данных.
Стороны пришли к соглашению об использовании Страховщиком факсимильного воспроизведения подписи и печати Страховщика.
Страхователь с Правилами страхования пассажиров ознакомлен и согласен, текст Правил получил.

Risks, benefits, limits of expenses ((a detailed description of the risks is given in Insurance sum, RUB

Period of coverage: when carried in the baggage section of an aircraft – from the moment the
carrier accepts the animal for transportation until the moment the animal is handed over by
the carrier; when carried in the passenger cabin of the aircraft – from the moment the animal
is delivered on board the aircraft until the moment the animal is unloaded from the aircraft.
In case of occurrence of an insured event, the payment amounts to 100% of the sum insured.
In case of transportation of several kittens or puppies in one container (cage), the indemnity
due to the death of one animal shall be paid in proportion to the amount of the sum insured
for this risk to the total number of animals transported in this container (cage).
Additional terms and conditions.
BAGGAGE is the animal (a dog aged from 3 months to 12 years old inclusively or a cat aged
from 3 months to 15 years old inclusively, as well as other warm-blooded animals allowed
for carriage by the carrier at the age of 3 months to 15 years) transported by the Insured
person by the flight specified in the policy (certificate of insurance).
WHOLE ARTICLE OF BAGGAGE is the baggage packed in a baggage carrier (container/
cage), registered by the carrier as one article confirmed with a baggage check/special tag for
the non-standard special baggage.
Within the framework of this risk, clause 4.11.к) of shall Section 4 of the Insurance Rules be
read as follows: “Insurance (liability of the Insurer) does not apply to the following items in
the Baggage, and the Insurer does not pay any indemnity for them: animals (except for dogs
aged from 3 months to 12 years old or cats aged from 3 months to 15 years old, as well as
other warm-blooded animals allowed for carriage by the carrier at the age of 3 months to 15
years), insects, plants and seeds, corals, sponges, shells and mushrooms."
With regard to insurance of a non-standard baggage, the events specified in subclause
4.8 of Section 4 of the Insurance Rules, as well as the consequences or results of the
following, are not insured events:
1. violation by the Insured (Beneficiary) of the rules for transportation of the Baggage or
prohibition of the carrier, veterinary control, customs control, other transport security
services on transportation of certain Baggage.
With regard to insurance of the non-standard baggage, the events specified in subclause
4.9 of Section 4 of the Insurance Rules, as well as events that occurred or related to the
following, are not insured events:
1. dogs related to brachycephalic breeds: Bulldog (English, French, American), Pug,
Pekingese, Shih Tzu, Boxer, Griffon (Belgian, Brussels), Boston Terrier, Dogue de
Bordeaux, Japanese Chin;
2. rodents (guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas, chipmunks, squirrels, gerbils, dormice, marmots,
ground squirrels, jerboas, etc.);
3. birds;
4. reptiles (tortoises/turtles, iguanas, geckos, chameleons, snakes, lizards, frogs, etc.);
5. arthropods (insects, arachnids, crustaceans etc.); fish and fish seed, marine and river
animals that must be transported in water;
6. animals and birds that are not tamed (taken from the wild), large predators that are species
of wild fauna in their natural habitat, such as bears, large primates (gibbons, orangutans,
gorillas, chimpanzees, etc.), wild cats such as the caracal, serval cat, ocelot, jungle cat,
fishing cat, Amur leopard cats manul, Andean cat, kodkod, etc., large predators of the cat
family: the snow leopard, jaguar, lion, tiger, panther, lynx, puma;
7. sick or experimental animals/birds;
8. animals whose weight together with the container the weight permitted by the rules of the
carrier;
9. prohibition of the customs control, veterinary control, carrier, and other bodies responsible
for the transport safety, transportation of a special type of non-standard baggage for any
reason;
10. loss of a special type of the non-standard baggage or parts thereof;
With regard to insurance of a non-standard baggage, the events specified in subclause
4.10. of Section 4 of the Insurance Rules, as well as the following, are not insured events:
1. death of an animal prohibited for transportation by the Carrier's Rules;
2. death of an animal that occurred not during the period of coverage (not during the period
of the Insurer's responsibility) and/or outside the insurance territory of coverage;
3. loss of a special type of the non-standard baggage by the carrier, as well as its shortage
(disappearance of the animal from the container);
4. death of an animal for reasons other than the reasons specified in the wording of the
insured event;
5. death of an animal that occurred outside the container (cage) provided for transportation of
the animal, as well as death of an animal from injuries received outside the container (cage)
provided for transportation of the animal;
6. death of an animal, not documented in the veterinary service of the airport;
7. death of an animal due to frostbite or asphyxiation, if the Beneficiary refused to obtain and
provide the
Insurer with the animal autopsy report on the causes of death.

Documents required for payment of the indemnity:
1. Application in the form of the Insurer;
2. Identity document (copies of all completed pages) of the Insured, Beneficiary, heirs of the
Insured, representative of the Beneficiary/heirs of the Insured);
3. Ticket (itinerary-receipt of an electronic ticket);
4. Name baggage tag (LIVE ANIMALS);
5. Document stipulated by the carrier's business customs, certifying the loss of the Baggage
(property irregularity report) or the report of similar content issued on board the aircraft);
6. Report of the airport veterinary service on the death of the animal;
7. For the case of the animal death without evidence of injuries in the airport veterinary
service/commercial report – animal autopsy report on the causes of death issued by the
veterinary clinic;
8. Pet passport;
9. Veterinary certificate (form No. 1), which is issued 3 days before the trip and is valid
during these days and/or an international veterinary certificate (form No. 5) (it is issued
directly at the airport before departure). The certificate contains the name of the owner and
the travel itinerary, information about the animal, vaccinations and tests it received;
10. Correspondence with the carrier regarding the claim for death of the animal;
11. Documents from the veterinary clinic where the dead animal was delivered for disposal
confirming the payment for this service (at the request of the Insurer);
12. Color photographs of the animal before death and after death (at the request of the
Insurer).
Flight delay3 shall mean a documented delay in the actual commencement of carriage of the
Insured Person in comparison with the time specified in the travel documents for more than
four (4) full hours, due to:
- Delays of one of the flights3 specified in the Insurance Contract (policy), for which the
Insured Person has registered in the manner provided for by the carrier, for four (4) full hours4
or more.
- Cancellation of one or more the flights3 specified in the Insurance Contract (policy), which
caused a change in the date or time of commencement of carriage of the Insured Person. And
the subsequent transportation was carried out by air/rail/regular (scheduled) bus not earlier 10000
than four (4) full4 hours from the time specified in the ticket of the Insured Person as the time
of the canceled flight departure.

1 Baggage means personal belongings (including external packaging, i.e. suitcase/bag/rucksack, etc., except for paper, polyethylene, cardboard or wooden packaging)
of the Policyholder (the Insured), his/her immediate relatives or immediate relatives of his/her spouse or any other Insured making a joint trip with him/her, delivered
by him/her to the carrier for transportation in accordance with the required procedure (registered for the flight). Carry-on baggage shall not be deemed to be baggage in
accordance with these Rules.
2 The actual value shall be determined as follows: if the suitcase was purchased within a year before the event insured, its full value shall be paid under the receipt of
its purchase; if a year or more has passed from the purchase of the suitcase, ten percent (10%) shall be deducted from the value of the suitcase for each year of its use,
starting from the second year (incomplete year of use shall be rounded up to full).
3 The flight - is air transportation, the parameters of which (route, date and time) are indicated in the e-ticket, insurance policy and boarding pass of the Insured.
The following shall not constitute events insured under the flight delay risk:
1. Delay (cancellation) of a flight, for which the Insured Person has not registered in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the carrier;
2. cancellation or anticipated delay of the flight as a result of which the actual transportation of the Insured by aircraft or other transport starts earlier than the time
indicated in the itinerary receipt of the Insured as the canceled / delayed flight departure (take off) time, related to which the Insurance contract (policy) was concluded;
3. The carrier’s refusal to carry the Insured Person for any reason, including, inter alia, to:
- Overbooking;
- Violation by the passenger of the air carriage rules as well as the Insured Person being in the state of intoxication by alcohol, narcotics, or any toxic substance;
4. Departure delay of less than four (4) full hours.
5. Departure delay, the duration of which is calculated as the sum of the delay time of several flights;
6. delayed actual commencement of the transportation of the insured by less than 4 (four) full hours compared to the time specified in the ticket en route receipt and/or
insurance contract (policy) as the departure (take off) time of the delayed or canceled flight.
7. The Insured Person’s late arrival for the flight for any reason, including, inter alia, the delay of arrival of the previous flight;
8. refusal by the Insured to take a delayed flight. The Insurer has the right not to apply this exception if the Policyholder (the Insured, the Beneficiary) provides the
Insurer with documentary evidence that the start of his alternative carriage is earlier than the delayed flight, in respect of which the insurance is carried out, departs,
and the start of the alternative carriage does not begin earlier the time specified in the formulation of the insurance risk by time difference;
9. Any event when the carrier in advance, i.e. before the commencement date of the insurance term under the insurance contract (policy), has notified the
Policyholder / the Insured or any other person who has purchased the ticket in the interests of the Insured of the flight cancellation or transfer of the time of departure
to a later date in relation to the time of departure specified in the original itinerary receipt of the Insured and/or the insurance contract (policy).
The liability of the Insurer does not apply to cases of the carrier transferring the departure of the flight earlier than the date and/or time indicated in the original
itinerary receipt of the insured and/or insurance policy.
4 A "full hour" means a temporary time period of sixty (60) minutes.
The insurance premium under this policy is: p.1. – 5 rub., p.2. – 95 rub., p.3. - 145 rub., p.4. – 160 rub.
Total insurance premium: 405.00 RUB.
Change / refund policy:
In case of voluntary or forced change of the dates of transportation and / or flights specified in this policy and in the electronic ticket of the Insured
(in case the order number (PNR) and / or air ticket remain unchanged), this policy is not reissued and continues to apply to transportation dates and /
or flights, while the Insurer is responsible only for the number of flights specified in this policy in the "Сovered flights" section.
The insurance premium is refunded in the amount of 100% in following cases:
1. In case of refusal of the Insured - an individual mentioned in this Insurance Contract within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion in
the absence of events having signs of an insured event and provided that at the date of filing with the representative of the Insurer an application for
the termination of this Insurance Contract (Policy) The insurance contract is not over (the date of the last of the flights indicated in this Policy has
not expired). In case of expiration of this Insurance Contract, the insurance premium will not be refunded, unless the Insurer’s obligations under this
Insurance Contract could not be fulfilled during the term of this Insurance Contract, due to the disappearance of the insurance object for reasons
other than the occurrence of the insurance case.
2. At the request of the Insured (Insured), provided that as of the date of the application for termination of this Insurance Contract (Policy), none of
the transportations indicated in this Policy was commenced.
3. In case of refusal of the Insured (Insured) from all the transportation specified in this Insurance Contract (Policy), before their commencement. In
this case, additional documents are not executed by the parties. The basis for the return of the insurance premium is the fact of termination of the
contract of carriage. The insurance contract is automatically terminated before the term for which it was concluded, due to the fact that after its
entry into force the possibility of an insured event has disappeared, and the existence of insured risk has ceased due to circumstances other than the
insured event.
After the commencement of any of the transportations specified in this Insurance Contract (Policy), the insurance premium is not refundable, except
for the case provided for in clause 1 of this section.
In case of voluntary or involuntary change of direction, dates of transportation and / or flights specified in this policy and in the e-ticket of the
Insured (if the PNR remains unchanged), this policy is not subject to re-registration and continues to apply for modified dates of carriage and / or
flights.

Other insurance conditions:
Having accepted the Public Offer, the Policyholder confirms that he has received and read the Public Offer and the Passenger insurance rules and
agrees to follow them.
The insurance premium is paid on a lump sum basis at the conclusion of the insurance contract.
The insurance contract shall come into force from the payment of the insurance premium and remain in force for 15 calendar days. The validity
term of the insurance contract shall be extended for the period necessary to complete the carriage if the ticket was purchased more than 15 days
prior to the commencement of the carriage and/or the flight has been rescheduled and/or the carriage has not been completed within the specified
time.
The Insured (the Insured) agrees to the processing by the Insurer and the third parties authorized by him of the personal data specified in this policy
(as well as other personal information received by the Insurer when executing this policy), including special categories of personal data, by any
means established by law, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution
(including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data on both paper and electronic media for the purpose of implementing
this Agreement, as well as informing the Insured (the Insured) of insurance programs, the term of this Agreement and other purposes. This consent
is valid for the entire term of the insurance contract and within five years after expiry of the insurance contract and can be withdrawn at any time by
transferring to the Insurer a written notification signed by the subject of personal data.
