undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals each semester

development of slide decks, facilitator guides, and training modules
▪ Provide logistical assistance for semi-annual Crisis Leadership Case competition through communication
technology coordination
▪ Supervise undergraduate student staff on curriculum development for leadership programming

▪ Increased breadth (at least one engagement) of student participation by 34% and depth (six or more
engagements) by 33% year-over-year

campaigns, resulting in upwards of $20,000 raised annually each campaign cycle

▪ Conducted benchmarking research on young alumni engagement through exploration and interviews with three
peer institutions
▪ Proposed five key recommendations for engaging with young alumni focused in the areas of reunions,
student-alumni engagement, strategic campus partnerships, and identity-based programming
▪ Attended weekly webinars sponsored by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education that
highlighted five different areas of the advancement profession
