Please note that these are direct costs and only include the expenses that you will be billed for directly from the university. You will likely incur additional expenses
every year (including books, supplies, transportation, and personal expenses) that you should account for financially, even though you will not receive a bill from the
university for these items. The off-campus option should only be selected if you are an eligible transfer student who is at least 20 years old or have completed at least
1.5 years of full-time study at your previous institution. First year and second year students are not permitted to live off campus unless they have a parent or guardian
living within 20 miles of campus and it has been approved by the Office of Residence Life.
