Subject: Complaint regarding Consumer Rights Act

Respected Sir,

We are faithful workers in the Hospital from past 3 years (working in House keeping
Department) From MURALI MAN POWER AGENCIES. Our time at the hospital has been good so
far, but now a problem has been crept up, This letter is regarding the behaviour of my
immediate head Shyam Sir (Facility Manager) and Supervisors Sunitha Madam, Radha madam,
and upendher Sir.

We are writing this letter to show our dissatisfaction at the workplace due to the bad behaviour
of Facility Manager Mr Shyam Sir. He acts very rudely and the way he talks to our Co House
Keeping Workers makes us feel insulted. Our self-esteem is getting low because of him, and it
has become difficult for us to concentrate on work when he is around .Because of the fact that
Mr Shyam sir attitude is very awkward, Our working potential has declined drastically. He
believes that it is only he who deserves to be respected. He thinks that every person working
under his supervision is his slave. We even spoke to him on this issue but he denied. Finally we
have taken this step to inform you about his behaviour, which has been causing distress. We
have no personal grudges against him, and we respect him a lot. But, I believe that one should
never compromise on self-respect. It is my humble request to please look into the matter. Quick
response and investigation from your side will be appreciated.
