Expression of Interest
We welcome expressions of interest to join the Carnaval Latino event from Latin-American providers of
food, handcraft and services. It is important that each stallholder understands the philosophy and
guidelines of the event. Our rules are set out in our CARNAVAL LATINO Charter which outlines:
• purpose of the event
• Criteria for stallholder selection
• The rules that govern the event
• The responsibilities of stallholders and organizer
Please read the Charter thoroughly before completing and signing this document.
Expression of Interest (EOI) Process
Carnaval Latino will review all EOIs against set criteria. Decisions on participation are based on the
following:
•Type of product or services
• Current event stallholders composition

By submitting an EOI, you are indicating that you are interested in participating and that you
understand and agree with the Carnaval Latino Charter. The EOI is not a binding document. Carnaval
Latino will use its discretion to decide which EOI are successful, and this decision is final. Successful
applicants will be contacted within 10 working days and will be sent a registration form to complete the
process
All approved Food stallholders must adhere to the Food Act 2014 requirements.

Products that are required to, must be labelled as per NZ Food & Safety indications to be sold at the
event; products that don’t comply will not be accepted. For more information refer to:
