Products sold at the Huntsville Farmers' Market must be 70% home grown, home baked &/or
hand made by the Vendor. All Vendors selling food products (i.e. baking, preserves, meat
products), must have an up dated health certificate on display at your booth each day of the
Market.

The Huntsville Farmers' Market starts Thursday, May 16, 2024, and runs every Thursday
thereafter until October 17Tth. Hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. All
booths must remain on site until 2:00 p.m. and must be cleaned up and vacated by 3:00 p.m.
It is your responsibility to ensure your canopy is securely fastened down. It can be very
windy at this site. Canopy size cannot exceed 10x10 wide per single vendor booth.
Membership fees: $20.00 for the season (if two names on application then each must pay)
Hydro $50.00 for the season
Booth fees: $280.00 for the season per space. This fee is due upon acceptance of
your application OR in two instalments: 1/2 with application,
accompanied by a cheque post-dated for July 2 to cover the balance
This must be sent with your application and $20.00 membership fee.
If you are paying weekly, the fee will be $25.00 per day, per space.
Guest Vendors $25.00 per day.
