Sir,

Under instruction and on behalf of my client Ngukato K Zhimomi S/o Lt. Kaiho H Zhimomi,
R/o 3rd Mile, Block- 1, Chekiye Village, Dimapur Nagaland, I do hereby serve you with the
following notice:-

1- That the loan agreement of Rs.5,00000/- ( Rupees Five Lakhs Only) was executed on
9th December 2020, between my client and some unknown person by name Mr. Amit Kumar
Singh on being convinced by my clients brother in law Mr. Kaboto Ayemi.

2- That my client had no doubts of fraud and cheating intentions from Mr. Kaboto Ayemi
as the latter being his brother in law, and on that basis had executed an agreement in name
of the above mentioned borrower.

3- That the said loan agreement was to be terminated on the full payment of capital
along with interest on 9th June, 2021 by the borrower.

4- That the borrower has delayed in default of interests and capital amount for 4 months.

5- That my clients brother in law has been promising to my client the said loan amount
would be paid soon but it was never paid.

6- That to the surprise of my client it has been noticed that my clients brother in law has
been following the same pattern, and soon realised that he has been beating around the
bush, hence making false promises to my client.

7- That only when my client had threatened to call the police, his brother in law had
disclosed that the said loam amount was lent to you.

8- That on basis of a recorded conference call between my client and you, you have
admitted that the said loan amount was with you and for which you have further invested
elsewhere.

9- Therefore, it is crystal clear evident that the said loan amount has been
misappropriated in your hands.

I, hereby , call upon you through this Notice, to make the payment of Rs.5,00000/- (Rupees
Five Lakhs Only) along with remaining interest, within the period of 15 days, failing which my
client has given clear instructions to me to file criminal as well as civil suit and Suit for
Recovery in the competent court of law and in that event you will be fully responsible for all
costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences thereof. Please note well.

A copy of this Notice is kept intact in my office for record and further necessary action and
you are also advised to keep the copy of the same as safe as you would be asked to
produce in the court.
