1. INTRODUCTION

A. Brief Background ( 2-3 Paragraph)

The lab experiment gives an idea to every student on how to determine the value
concentration of vinegar. Vinegar is a typical home item that contains both acetic acid and a
variety of other compounds. This experiment aims to titrate a sample of vinegar with a
standard solution of NaOH to estimate the molar content of acetic acid in it.

B. Objective(s)
1. The Objective is to determine the concentration of acetic acid using titration
method.

2. How many amounts of titrant will be used to determine concentration of

vinegar.

2. METHODOLOGY

3. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

[ Present in this section the data and computations in the experiment and provide
interpretations of the findings. Also, describe the statistical precision and accuracy achieved
in the experiment. Additionally, you may describe the possible sources of errors and how to
minimize them. You may also divide your discussion into subsections to improve readers’
understanding. ]

4. CONCLUSION

After the lab experiment and the calculation of acetic acid, it really helped me as a student to
learn something new in chemistry subject. It Teaches the proper method of determining the
concentration of a substance, the exact number of indicators, proper use of materials, the
use of titration. Those are the things that I have learned while doing the experiment. After so
many trials finally, I got the final answers, and it was a success I met the objectives on
determining the concentration of the vinegar.
