IS IT TRUE THAT THE COURT OF APPEAL

OVERTURNED THE PREVIOUS JUDGEMENT

ON MUHAMMAD BN HAADI ?!
Abu Ayyub Al-Hollandi (The person that Ibn Haadi falsely accused of
Zina) wrote:

‫محمد بنعماري‬

The unstable ones (Al-Marājīj) and imbeciles (Al-Mahābīl)¹ have

admitted that there was a previous judgement of prescribed
punishment (for Qadhf) and that their Shaykh was convicted even
though they use to deny that !!! ²

Anyway, the Judge presented Sulh (arbitration) to Abū Ayyūb

BnAmmārī, but he rejected the arbitration, the case is still in the court
and there is no final ruling yet.

O happy ones, it has not ended1

It is a proverb said when hope has been defeated after a short timed happiness, it simply means “Don’t
celebrate yet, the affair has not been concluded”
Written by: Muhammad BnAmmārī (Abū Ayyūb Al-Hollandī)

NOTES

¹ Al-Marjūj and Al-Mahbūl are the singulars of Al-Marājīj and Al-Mahābīl

respectively and they are used by the noble Shaykh ‘Ubayd Al-Jãbirī in
describing the Musa'fiqah due to their foolishness and instability and
this event shows that the Shaykh was precise in how he described
them.

² At the beginning of this affair in Nigeria, the major tool of the

Musa’fiqah’s argument was that “The court declared Muhammad bn
Haadi free of the Qadhf accusation” and with this, they would say it is a
must to accept the court judgement and whoever doesn’t agree with it
is a Khaariji.

But Alhamdulillah, we were able to prove to them that the latest ruling
then was that Ibn Haadi was judged against and that punishment was
to be prescribed upon him2. Their evidence got spoilt but they couldn’t
accept the truth, and they were shamelessly lying that Ibn Haadi was
not convicted3.

It is very funny that the same set was people who denied the previous
judgement are now jubilating that a previous judgement was
overturned by the court of appeal. Only if they are sensible enough to
ask themselves “If their previous claim that he was not convicted was
true, what previous judgment ruling was overturned that they are now
jubilating around for?”. Do they even know what it means that a
judgement was overturned? Was it that he was acquitted before and
that acquittal was overturned now for a new one? Are they not seeing
that they are declaring themselves as liars to their followers? Or these
people are just foolish and shameless?!

I remember when Abu Jaabir visited Alfa Ejigbo, he also told Alfa Ejigbo and Abu Nabeel that Muhammad
bn Haadi was convicted for Qadhf, both of the were denying it.
CONCLUSION

With the statement of the major man in the case, Abu Ayyub
Al-Hollandi brought above, it is clear that the leader of the Musa’fiqah,
Muhammad bn Haadi has not been acquitted and the case is still at
court. So, the Musa’fiqah should not be overjoyed and they should not
pay their baker yet4.

It is also important that a Salafi should sincerely follow the truth and
not just blindly follow society. This issue was only addressed here to
show the inconsistency and instability of those whom many have been
blind following; those who claim to know about the matter but have
zero knowledge about it. It is clear beyond doubt that these people are
only being deceived by desires, emotions and hearsay. Their ignorance
about the matter has been making them inconsistent, and every new
statement they make declares them to be a liar of whatever they have
said previously.

The truth seeker should also know that the issue of Muhammad bn
Haadi is beyond the Qadhf case, his deviation includes oppressively
referring to scholars and students of knowledge with evil appellations,
as he called them Sa’aafiqah (and some other nicknames), lying,
making immature Tahdhir (warning against people) and Tabdee’
(declaring people to be innovators) on people, speaking ill of scholars
etc.

If you would love to know about this issue and know about the doubts
and the accusations that they have thrown against those they have
tagged as Sa’aafiqah, you should read the following:

1. Who are the Sa’aafiqah

2. Is MBH a Qaadhif

The Musa’fiqah could start cutting cake for their acclaimed victory, they have done that before.

We ask Allah to guide us to the truth and make it easy for us to follow.
