ACCEPTANCE OF DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

We understand that the goods consigned to us under the abovementioned waybill number are liable for the following duties and taxes to
Malaysian Custom Authority at the point of import into Malaysia. The below charges are an estimate based on the submission to Custom
Authority and is subject to Custom final assessment and approval.

Additional Charges:
1. Disbursement Fee is applicable at higher of minimum MYR50 or 3% of total duties based on Duties and Taxes on import paid on your behalf .
This charge will further subject to Service Tax 6%. For Duty and Taxes with MYR 7,000 and above per shipment, customer is required to pay
directly to Custom Authority by issuing bank draft payable to “Pengarah Kastam Negeri” . In such case this fee will be waived.
2. Storage charge of RM 0.50 per kg/day or RM 25 per shipment/day (whichever higher)will be imposed for holding exceeding 3 working days.
This charge will be subject to Service Tax 6%.
3. All shipments should be cleared within 14 days from shipment arrival date to avoid Customs fine or penalty.
