I, Mr/Ms AHMAD AMAL HAFIZ BIN ADENAN NRIC No.: 850904-14-5825 agree to enter
the Lease Financing of SECONDHAND REDMI 6 HANDPHONE (As Collateral) for RM 300.00 with
Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (622278-W).

I irrevocably agree Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to deduct my expenses on my behalf of

1) 0 % Interest; 4) RM 30.00 Processing fee (Documentation);
2) RM 0 Upfront payment; 5) RM 20.00 Service charge (Disbursement fee);
3) RM 20.00 Checking fee (CTOS); 6) RM 30.00 Deposit (Refundable).

After paying all my expenses, please bank in the net amount of RM 200.00 to my Bank account No.:
2005002000056280 ( MBSB Bank). I covenant and promise to pay Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. the sum of
RM 300.00 on or before 10.11.2022 to Maybank Account No.: 5111 2230 1776.

After making payment, I guarantee to whatsapp the receipt/bank-in-slip to H/P No.: 013-839 5998 to avoid
any misunderstanding.

In default of my payment, Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. shall charge me RM50.00 per month as late penalty charge of
administrative cost until full & final settlement and also can forfeit the Deposit of RM 30.00 .

I am informed and agreed that Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and/or its associates and/or appointed companies,
Hii Toh Lee Capital Sdn. Bhd. (625379-A) will and can blacklist my name in CTOS (Credit Tip-off Service) and other service
provider including Debt Collection if I failed to pay the lease loan punctually.

In default of the payment, I agree that Cash2U Holdings Sdn. Bhd. shall be at liberty to cause an advertisement in the
newspapers and/or upload my video clip on social media requesting me to settle all outstanding sum and shall be entitled
to institute legal proceedings against me and my guarantors (if any) for the purpose of recovering the said sum and I shall
be liable to pay all fees and disbursement in any civil proceeding and/or execution and solicitor clients costs on full
indemnity basis.

In the case of my name having been blacklisted in CTOS and other service provider including Debt Collection, I further
agree to bear all the costs or any service charge imposed by CTOS and other service provider in removing my name from
the blacklist upon my full settlement.

All the term(s) herein shall form an integral part of the Loan Agreement and shall be taken, read and construed as an
essential part hereof.

After I settle the payment on time, please refund my deposit and collateral (if applicable) to me within a week from the
date of full settlement. Thank you.
