    How to raise defects

    Introduction

    This procedure outlines how to record and submit defects in ServiceNow web portal.

    1. Log into ServiceNow web portal

    a. Open ServiceNow URL (https://nswhealth.service-

    b. Log into Login Form using your stafflink ID/


    Username and Password

    c. Homepage will be displayed

    2. Start raising Defects

    a. Type "Defects" in Filter navigator search bar

    Assignment group: eH-SD-CAS-iPharmSBB
    For Short Description, please use below format –
    Project Name - LHD - TestType - FunctionalArea –
    Description
    (e.g. iPharmacySBB - HNE - UAT - Dispensing - Menu not enabled)
