November 15-19

In this week we have Filipino, Science, English and Values Education. In Filipino we
discussed about Salitang Hiram  at ang pagbaybay ng mga salita and also we discussed
about Tuwirang Hiram and Ganap na Hiram where I learned that we use some of the
words in Filipino with exact spelling in English where we classify it as Ganap Na Hiram  
while other words can be classify it in Tuwirang Hiram when they are read the same but
the spelling will be adapted in Tagalog. 

Then in Science , we discussed about the major organ of our body and there functions. In
this  lesson I learned how important the organ to our body so that we can function well.
And if there is a problem to our one organ eventually it will affect also to the other organs.
So because of this we need to take care our body and we should eat healthy and good foods.
Next is English, in this subject we discussed about denotation and connotation where
Connotation define as an idea or quality that a word makes you think about in addition to
its meaning. It refers to the emotions associated with a word. Sometimes it has social
cultural implications. It can be positive or negative while Denotation is the specific, exact
and concrete meaning of a word. This is the meaning you will find in the dictionary. So in
this discussion I learned that there are words that you cannot give the literal meaning you
need to understand it first and analyze it what the word or phrases mean.
Last is the Values Education, we discussed about correcting my mistakes, in this lesson I
learned and realized that saying sorry should mean a lot and when you say it, it should be
came from the bottom of our heart, you will not just say sorry just to make up your
mistake but you need to own up and realize it that you hurt the feelings of others. So that
next time you will be more carefull of your words and actions. You should also think first
before you say it or do it, to avoid conflict and problems.
In this week for me its not so hard and I understand the discussion very well and no
struggles for the subject.
