1. Submitting herewith the Monthly Accomplishment/Activity Report of this station
for the month of MARCH 2019, to wit:

I. GENERAL STATEMENT

The Municipality of Lal-lo is considered the 1 st class municipality

consisting of 35 barangays. Still growing in number, Lal-lo has many
business establishments on different assemblies and still a developing
municipality. Lal-lo Fire Station as part of the Local Government Unit
(LGU) is in close coordination with the Lal-lo Town Mayor Hon. Florante C
Pascual and sees to it that the implementation of RA NO. 9514 otherwise
known as the “Fire Code of the Philippines of 2008” is properly and strictly
implemented to ensure public safety and promote economic development
through the prevention and suppression of destructive fires.

V. MAJOR ACTIVITIES

CONSOLIDATED MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHEMENT/ACTIVITY REPORT

a. 01 March 2019- BFP Personnel of this station spearheaded by SINSP JAY-R P

GUILLANO, BFP in active coordination with the different agencies of the
municipalities, Philippine National Police, SOCO,BJMP , Rescue 35 , LRC, VER
and CVRF commemorate the yearly Fire Prevention Month 2019 kick off
 ceremony through motorcade along the National highway of Lal-lo from LGU
compound to Magapit with the theme of “Ligtas na pilipinas ating kamtin, bawat
pamilya ay sanayin, kaalaman sa sunog ay palawakin"”after the motorcade, Tree
Planting Activity was conducted at Tocalana Ruins, Tucalana, Lallo, Cagayan in
celebration of the 2019 Fire Prevention Month.

b. 01 March 2019 – 13 March 2019 –Grade 12 Students from Lyceum of Lallo had
their immersion at BFP Lallo. Personnel of this station taught them regarding Fire
fighting, First Aid, How to operate Fire Extinguisher, Basic Rope Techniques, and
PPE's as part of their Work Immersion Program.

c. 06 March 2019- 08 March 2019- BFP Lallo FS personnel spearheaded by SINSP

JAY-R P GUILLANO,BFP conducted OPEN HOUSE. Personnel of the station
share their knowledge to Lyceum of Lallo Junior and Senior High and Tucalana
Elementary Students regarding Fire safety tips, Fire fighting, First Aid, How to
operate Fire Extinguisher, Basic Rope Techniques, and PPE's. This activity aims
to promote fire safety awareness to the students.

d. 10 March 2019- 11 March 2019- BFP Lallo FS personnel spearheaded by SINSP

JAY-R P GUILLANO,BFP had provision of water for the public needs for
participants of 69th Junior Scout and 23rd Senior Scout at Zitanga
Ballesteros,Cagayan.

e. 18 March 2019- BFP Lallo FS personnel under the leadership of SINSP JAY-R
P GUILLANO, BFP participated the Blood Letting Activity to save lives at
Municipal Health Office, Centro, Lal-lo, Cagayan.

f. 18 March 2019- 20 March 2019 – Lallo Duty Personnel had provision water for
the participants of their sports fest in CSU, Lal-lo.

g. 20 March 2019 – BFP Lallo FS personnel under the leadership of SINSP JAY-R
P GUILLANO, BFP conducted lecture regarding Fire Safety to the employee’s
and on latter part had Fire Drill at Solomon Hotel, Magapit, Lal-lo.

h. 21 March 2019 – Duty Personnel of this station participated in motorcade activity

on World Water Day

i. 22 March 2019 –BFP Lallo Duty Personnel participated in the Simulation

Exercise of Occupational Safety and Health in Petron Corporation’s Fleet and
Safety Department.

j. 26 1050H March 2019 – 26 1150H March 2019 - SUPT GLEN U DELA CRUZ
and Regional Staff had admin Headcount, Rank and Barracks Inspection.

k. 26 1150H March 2019 – 26 1300H March 2019 - CINSP Loreta G Narag and
operation region’s staff conducted Operational Readiness Site Inspection and
Team Evaluation.

l. Strict implementation of the provisions RA 9514/ Fire Code of the Philippines by

continuous inspection of business establishments within our AOR
