    This Letter of Intent is to inform you that we would like to purchase WASH SAND source
    will be in Albay - Bicol and delivered (CIF) to DANAO PORT 3.

    PRICE : P1,100.00 (CIF) including all charges


    TERMS OF PAYMENT : 50% DP per BARGE, upon LOADING, send OTP,
    BARGE DETAILS, Governors Permit (confirm by trusty
    buyer)

    50% BEFORE UNLOADING at port destination.


    Bank Transfer, PDC, MANAGERS CHECK
