Procedures:

1. Employee clearance is processed when an employee retires or resigns or when his services are
terminated.
2. Employee clearance should be processed at the latest five working days from date of
resignation/retirement/termination.
3. Employee clearance form will be initiated by the immediate supervisor and routed by the employee to
relevant departments, unless otherwise specified.
4. Last pay shall be computed by the Payroll Section along with the 2316. Certificate of Government
Contributions will be issued by the HR Department.
5. Certificate of Clearance and Employment is issued when the employee has been cleared from all his/her
accountabilities.
6. To claim final pay on your absence, please provide a Special Power of Attorney and ID for your
representative. Incomplete clearance shall not be processed for the final pay.
