Description for use case
Scenario:
Any volunteer can register himself and submit his skills set. One who want any kind of service
will also register there and find that if required service is available. Volunteer will be awarded
opportunity if his skill is matched with the person who is in search of services.
Admin has the authorities to remove account if it violated the terms and conditions. Organization
team will also monitor the whole phenomenon.

Use Case Volunteer :

Volunteer will register himself/herself.
If he want to submit his skill set,
Fill the registration form.

Use case Volunteer Organizer/Admin:

Admin will check
If the required conditions are fulfilled
Approve the registration of Volunteer
Volunteer account is created

Use case Volunteer Organization:

Match the skills with required services
If matched
Assign the task
Else keep it in database for further use
