that enables the user to create presentations
using a computer. Using a computer makes it
easy to include text , tables , charts ,
photographs , sound and animation in the
presentations. This makes the presentations
attractive and informative.

A Powerpoint Slide appears in the centre of the window.
Data can be inserted at different locations on the slide.
These locations are called placeholders. You can use the
Notes area below the slide to create notes for yourself. You
can refer to these notes while making your presentations.
