currently being addressed?
b) What potential markets, applications, and licensees do you envision for the proposed
technology?

a) What is the technology’s current state?
b) Describe the work that will be done and provide a timeline with milestones for
completion.

3) OUTCOME AND IMPACT
a) Describe the anticipated results and how this will provide validation to commercial
partners or potential investors.

4) BUDGET AND BUDGET JUSTIFICATION

a) Funds should be directed to labor, materials, and services necessary to achieve the
proposed deliverable(s). Indirect costs are not allowed.
b) Funds may not be used for PI salary but may be used for student, post doc, or technical
staff support.
c) Each project will be funded up to $15,000.

1 page of figures and 1 page of references may be appended to this form. Proposal
should not exceed 4 pages.
