APPLICATION DATA FLoFREEZE MX General notes for application data Base data if nothing else is mentioned: + Infeed temperature +15°C (+60°F) * Outfeed temperature “18°C (°F) + Evaporation temperature -40°C (40°F) General Efficient dewatering is important in order to minimize frost and ice formation in the freezer and to maximize intervals between defrost. ‘The specified products are horticultural produce and their physical properties may therefore vary with respect to ripeness, water content, freezing time etc. The capacity figures stated should therefo- re be regarded as guidelines only. Note! Capacity for fried products are based on frying after blanching in a hydrogenated fat with a congeal point higher than +30° C (+85°F). If other fats or oils are intended to be used, please contact head office The following notes refer to note numbers in Manual sheets 0240-02-01-02~09. 1. Evaporation temperature -32°C to -34°C is preferable for best quality, 2. Especially careful handling of the unfrozen product is recommended in order to minimize juice losses and subsequent coral formation/lumping. 3.
