Comments:
Joey is always on time and even attends on extra days for volunteer hours. She always has a positive attitude and is
happy/friendly with students and staff. Joey has a small group schedule and a daily connection schedule of students to
meet with and she is always ready and prepared to meet with them. For her daily connections she even writes that student
a special note about something she is proud of them for. Joey sees something that needs to be done and takes the
initiative to take care of it without being asked, such as sitting with a student who is unfocused, passing out supplies, or
helping students solve a conflict. She goes above and beyond to ask what she can do for me and our classroom. I have been
so thankful for her help in the classroom and the positive effect she is already having on our students as she connects
with them and has small groups with them. Her 100 score was definitely earned through her hard work, passion for kids,
and initiative.
