For this unit, I prepared the materials in order to be able to do the online exercise in
class. There were new things to learn and needed to be applied to the Knowledge Base
document.

The teacher put us in group, we talked about the exercise by audio messages and
also by written messages in our chat group and assigned each one task. It easy to assign
a task if you don’t know how hard will be that task but sometimes will be hard and
sometimes will be easier and this situation can put me in trouble if I didn’t how to handle

the situation. But with many exercises during different class I got accustomed with
difficult situation and the future exercises can only be challenges from which I need to
improve myself.

This exercise gave me the opportunity to improve my knowledges about different

Microsoft Word options like tables, paragraph and fonts of text and to find new option
available for formatting the text like advanced font settings and tables layout.

Working with different colleagues who have other culture, way of thinking or ways of
seeing the solution of problem always give me the opportunity to find new things which
improve little by little my personality but also to share my views and beliefs.

For the next classes, I need to be creative, take responsibility and see the
opportunity to talk during online class as I am a shy person.

My communication needs to be improved for a better understanding by investing 1

hour more per day as I did before and effort in order to speak fluently as i am still
learning the English language, which is not my first language.
