SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of February 10, 2023, by
and between Arnold Monzon of Block 6, Lot 4, Phase 1, Citta Italia Subdivision, Mambog 3,
Bacoor Cavite, and Jasmer I. Joloan of Block 40-I, Lot 26 Maya Maya Street, Barangay
Malabon City. In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive services will be
referred to as “Client” and the party who will be providing the services will be referred to as
“Contractor”.

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on February 10, 2023, Contractor will provide to

Client the following services (collectively, ‘‘the Services’’):
i. Installing of ceiling for masters bedroom and kids room.
ii. Installing of graditel wall concrete paneling
iii. Installing of hardiflex for wall paneling
iv. All electrical wiring in two rooms including wiring for pinlights, outlet, etc.
v. Installing ceiling insulation foam
vi. Installing of sliding doors for master’s bedroom
vii. Installing of door kids room and front and back door
viii. Paint for ceiling and wall on second floor only.

II. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. In exchange for the Services, Client will pay ₱43, 000.00,
contract price for labor only.

20% - First Payment
30% - Second Agreement

III. TERM. NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION, of the mutual promises and
agreement contained herein, the Client hires the Contractor to finish the work until
February 28, 2023, or else the Contractor will be given a penalty. The terms and
conditions hereby agreed upon by the Parties:
