SERVICES AGREEMENT

This SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this __ day of __________,


2023 at _________________________________by and between:

MS. SUSAN R. LIMBAG with residential address at Brgy. Sta Maria,


Castillejos, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER;

-and-

ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. ALTERADO with residential address at 158


Purok 2, Nagbayan, Castillejos, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the
CONTRACTOR;

WITNESSETH, That:

WHEREAS, ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. ALTERADO is engaged in the construction


of the PROPOSED TWO-STOREY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE in Sta Maria, Castillejos,
Zambales;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals above, and intending to be legally


bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement,

ARTICLE I
GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Cooperation. ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. ALTERADO shall cooperate in good


faith to conduct all agreed activities as specified in this Agreement.

1.2. Information. ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. shall provide data and information
regarding the project which are relevant to the conduct of the Services in Article II.

ARTICLE II
SERVICES

2.1. Scope of Services. ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. shall provide the following
services (“Services”) in relation to the various general construction works specified as
follows:

2.1.1 Provide labor necessary and related to the above scope of Services.

2.1.2 Obtain all necessary permits in relation to the renovation, construction and
design of the project.
2.2. Performance of Services. The Services shall be performed and completed in
accordance with the following:

2.2.1 Duration. The completion dates of the Services shall be as follows:

2.2.1.1 Construction of the PROPOSED TWO-STOREY RESIDENTIAL


shall be finished IN 20-24 WEEKS

2.2.2 Liabilities of ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. ALTERADO shall be solely


liable for the following:

2.2.2.1 Any liability, loss or damage incurred during the performance by the
contractor of its obligations under this Agreement;

2.2.2.2 Any loss or damage to owner’s properties or such properties for which
the contractor is accountable arising from theft, pilferage, robbery, and
other unlawful and destructive acts occurring or committed by any of the
personnel, or due to the act, omission, fault or negligence of the
contractor or any of its personnel; and

2.2.2.3 Any and all damages, losses, liabilities, obligations and claims, monetary
or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life or injury to third parties or
their property arising from, on the occasion of, or in connection with the
performance by the contractor of the Services or any of its obligations
under this Agreement due to the act, omission, fault or negligence of the
contractor or any of the Personnel.
ARTICLE III
TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall terminate upon completion of
the Services, unless terminated earlier by the Parties in writing and Parties agree that time is
of the essence of this Agreement.

ARTICLE IV
FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

4.1. Fees. For and in consideration of the Services, MS. SUSAN R. LIMBAG shall pay
ENGR. MARK CHRISTIAN A. ALTERADO a total of THIRTY THOUSAND
PESOS (PhP 30,000.00) (the “Fee Amount”) for every corresponding week of agreed
construction timeline for a minimum of 20 weeks or SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
(PhP 600,000.00) net to be collected from the owner. However, a 4 week labor-bond
shall be applied should the project timeline exceed the minimum 20-week projected
timeline.

Payment Terms Amount in PhP


Downpayment 150,000.00
Progress Billing: 450,000.00
TOTAL 600,000.00

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the day and year
