CONTRACT AGREEMENT
FOR PCE - BLOCK 17 lot 6 to 10
COMMUNITIES BULACAN, INC. , a corporation duly-organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, with address at UGF Mezzanine Area, Starmall Edsa cor Shaw Blvd Mandaluyong City , duly
represented herein by its , hereinafter called as DEVELOPER;
-and-
METROWIDE HOMEBUILDERS INC., a corporation duly-organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, duly represented herein by its Mhi Area Head, Joel V. Borromeo, hereinafter called as
CONTRACTOR.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, COMMUNITIES BULACAN, INC., is the owner-developer of Bria Homes Plaridel located at Brgy.
Lagundi, Plaridel, Bulacan; engaged the services and resources of the CONTRACTOR to do the PCE - BLOCK 17
lot 6 to 10 and the CONTRACTOR has agreed to undertake the same.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the mutual covenants, stipulations and
agreements herein contained, the DEVELOPER and the CONTRACTOR have agreed, as they do hereby contract
as follows:
1. The amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY PESOS
AND 95 /100 CENTAVOS (458,790.95), shall be the cost for PCE - BLOCK 17 lot 6 to 10. The
DEVELOPER does hereby agree to the amount and the scope of work and hereby awarded to the
CONTRACTOR.
2. An amount of equivalent to THIRTY percent (30%) of the total contract price shall be given to the
CONTRACTOR upon the execution hereof and by way of mobilization fund. The remaining
SEVENTY percent (70%) of the total contract price shall be paid by the DEVELOPER to the
CONTRACTOR in pro-rated progress billing, plus ZERO percent(0%) retention of the total contract
price. The manner and conditions for payment is listed hereunder:
3. The CONTRACTOR should complete the agreed scope of work within ELEVEN(11) CALENDAR
DAYS upon written notice from the DEVELOPER’S authorized representative indicating the exact
reference point of work to start with.
4. Terms of payment shall be fifteen (15) days upon receipt of billing, considering all the necessary
documents for processing is complete and valid.
5. It is hereby expressly agreed and understood that the employee of the CONTRACTOR are not
employee of the DEVELOPER, and hence, the DEVELOPER shall not in any way be liable and/or
responsible for any personal injury including disability or death, or damage to property sustained by
or caused by any of the employees of the CONTRACTOR and/or his sub-contractors, agents,
whether or not occurring the performance of their duties. The CONTRACTOR shall indemnity the
DEVELOPER for any and all injuries or damages the latter may suffer or incur due to the ac,
omission, or fault, negligence or conduct of the CONTRACTOR and/or it’s employees,
sub-contractor, agents arising out of in connection with or on the occasion of the performance of
this CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times, stand solely liable and/or responsible for
the enforcement and compliance with all existing laws, rules and regulations and binds itself to save
and hold the DEVELOPER free and harmless from any and all liability in respect thereof and/or
there from and/or by reason of this CONTRACT and/or its implementation.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. Time is the essence of this CONTRACT. Should the CONTRACTOR refuse or fail to complete the
work within the CONTRACT time, plus time extension granted by the DEVELOPER, as liquidated
damages, and not by way of penalty, an amount of equivalent to one-tenth of one percent of the
total contract price for each calendar day of delay, Sunday and Holidaysincluded, until the work is
completed and accepted by the DEVELOPER. Likewise, the DEVELOPER has the prerogative to
anytime to cancel this CONTRACT if performance and quality of work does not meet by the
CONTRACTOR.

CONTRACTOR.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, COMMUNITIES BULACAN, INC., is the owner-developer of Bria Homes Plaridel located at Brgy.
Lagundi, Plaridel, Bulacan; engaged the services and resources of the CONTRACTOR to do the PCE-BLOCK 17
LOT 12 and the CONTRACTOR has agreed to undertake the same.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the mutual covenants, stipulations and
agreements herein contained, the DEVELOPER and the CONTRACTOR have agreed, as they do hereby contract
as follows:
1. The amount of NINETY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 19 /100
CENTAVOS (91,758.19), shall be the cost for PCE-BLOCK 17 LOT 12. The DEVELOPER does
hereby agree to the amount and the scope of work and hereby awarded to the CONTRACTOR.
2. An amount of equivalent to THIRTY percent (30%) of the total contract price shall be given to the
CONTRACTOR upon the execution hereof and by way of mobilization fund. The remaining
SEVENTY percent (70%) of the total contract price shall be paid by the DEVELOPER to the

CENTAVOS (471,051.58), shall be the cost for PCE - BLOCK 17 lot 21 to 25. The DEVELOPER
does hereby agree to the amount and the scope of work and hereby awarded to the
CONTRACTOR.
2. An amount of equivalent to THIRTY percent (30%) of the total contract price shall be given to the
CONTRACTOR upon the execution hereof and by way of mobilization fund. The remaining

DEVELOPER does hereby agree to the amount and the scope of work and hereby awarded to the
CONTRACTOR.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
FOR PCE - BLOCK 17 lot 55 to 56
COMMUNITIES BULACAN, INC. , a corporation duly-organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, with address at UGF Mezzanine Area, Starmall Edsa cor Shaw Blvd Mandaluyong City , duly
represented herein by its , hereinafter called as DEVELOPER;
-and-
METROWIDE HOMEBUILDERS INC., a corporation duly-organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, duly represented herein by its Mhi Area Head, Joel V. Borromeo, hereinafter called as
CONTRACTOR.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, COMMUNITIES BULACAN, INC., is the owner-developer of Bria Homes Plaridel located at Brgy.
Lagundi, Plaridel, Bulacan; engaged the services and resources of the CONTRACTOR to do the PCE - BLOCK 17
lot 55 to 56 and the CONTRACTOR has agreed to undertake the same.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the mutual covenants, stipulations and
agreements herein contained, the DEVELOPER and the CONTRACTOR have agreed, as they do hereby contract
as follows:
1. The amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS
AND 38 /100 CENTAVOS (183,516.38), shall be the cost for PCE - BLOCK 17 lot 55 to 56. The
DEVELOPER does hereby agree to the amount and the scope of work and hereby awarded to the
CONTRACTOR.
2. An amount of equivalent to THIRTY percent (30%) of the total contract price shall be given to the
CONTRACTOR upon the execution hereof and by way of mobilization fund. The remaining
SEVENTY percent (70%) of the total contract price shall be paid by the DEVELOPER to the
CONTRACTOR in pro-rated progress billing, plus ZERO percent(0%) retention of the total contract
price. The manner and conditions for payment is listed hereunder:
3. The CONTRACTOR should complete the agreed scope of work within ELEVEN(11) CALENDAR
DAYS upon written notice from the DEVELOPER’S authorized representative indicating the exact
reference point of work to start with.
4. Terms of payment shall be fifteen (15) days upon receipt of billing, considering all the necessary
documents for processing is complete and valid.
5. It is hereby expressly agreed and understood that the employee of the CONTRACTOR are not
employee of the DEVELOPER, and hence, the DEVELOPER shall not in any way be liable and/or
responsible for any personal injury including disability or death, or damage to property sustained by
or caused by any of the employees of the CONTRACTOR and/or his sub-contractors, agents,
whether or not occurring the performance of their duties. The CONTRACTOR shall indemnity the
DEVELOPER for any and all injuries or damages the latter may suffer or incur due to the ac,
omission, or fault, negligence or conduct of the CONTRACTOR and/or it’s employees,
sub-contractor, agents arising out of in connection with or on the occasion of the performance of
this CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times, stand solely liable and/or responsible for
the enforcement and compliance with all existing laws, rules and regulations and binds itself to save
and hold the DEVELOPER free and harmless from any and all liability in respect thereof and/or
there from and/or by reason of this CONTRACT and/or its implementation.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. Time is the essence of this CONTRACT. Should the CONTRACTOR refuse or fail to complete the
work within the CONTRACT time, plus time extension granted by the DEVELOPER, as liquidated
damages, and not by way of penalty, an amount of equivalent to one-tenth of one percent of the
total contract price for each calendar day of delay, Sunday and Holidaysincluded, until the work is
completed and accepted by the DEVELOPER. Likewise, the DEVELOPER has the prerogative to
anytime to cancel this CONTRACT if performance and quality of work does not meet by the
CONTRACTOR.
