CONTRACT OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

I. The Parties. Building construction works Contract (Agreement) is made between:

Contractor: MARTIN KUBWIMANA Tel: +250 788440827; with a mailing address of

GAHANGA SECTOR, KICUKIRO DISTRICT, KIGALI CITY.

AND

Client: NYIRAZANINKA Antoinette; Tel:+250788513392 with a mailing address of

KIGALI CITY.

WHEREAS the Client intends to pay the Contractor for Services provided, effective Two
million two hundred and fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs, (2.250.000 FRW) under
the following terms and conditions:

II. The Services. The Contractor agrees to perform the following: Bringing all workers
and supervising them from the beginning till the end of building.

III. Payment. In consideration for the Services to be performed by the Contractor, the
Client agrees to pay the following:

 Phase one: Drawing Modification and modification permit application (250.000Frw)

 Phase two: From Foundation to Slab one (500.000Frw)
 Phase three: Slab one to roof (500.000Frw)
 Phase Four: Plastering and fence construction (500.000Frw)
 Phase five: Finishing works (500.000Frw)

IV. Start of work. The Services shall start upon the: Provision of permit

VII. Termination. This Agreement shall terminate upon the:

V. Obligations of the client

The client must supply all required materials and construction equipment at time, in
case the project delay due to the client issue’ the contract must renewable by
negotiation between two parties (Client and Contractor)
VI. Obligations of the contractor

The contractor obliged to bring all workers and supervising them in order to produce
good quality building.

N.B: When one among two parties breaks this agreement the law must be enforced.
