Web Conferencing Tools for Teachers

Microsoft Teams

A central location for meetings, content, and apps is provided by Microsoft Teams. Teachers can
collaborate in the classroom, join online professional development groups, and interact with other
teachers and staff members. Additionally, it communicates with students rapidly, distributes data and
websites, and makes OneNote Class Notebooks. Set up engaging lessons. Give timely and efficient
feedback.

Zoom

Users can connect with other users anywhere in the world using Zoom, a community-focused video
conferencing platform. Zooming makes it incredibly easy to communicate virtually with others. Any of
their students may receive invitations to join a Zoom meeting from their teachers. Teachers can also
benefit from Zoom's numerous capabilities, which include screen sharing, breakout rooms, private and
group chat messaging, virtual whiteboards, polls, and much more. By enabling seamless student
interaction, communication, and collaboration, all these elements increase the accessibility of virtual
learning environments.

Google Meet

When it comes to being able to communicate with friends, family, coworkers, and a wide range of other
people via video or voice calls, Google Meet is a video-conferencing service that can compete with
Zoom. With the aid of Google Meet, teachers can instruct their pupils remotely, record the sessions for
later review, share the contents on their screens, and do a lot more.
