OneNote works best when you store your notebooks on Microsoft OneDrive, so you can acc
devices. If you started with OneNote Online (via your web browser), your default Notebook
saved and stored on OneDrive.

If you have a Sharepoint Group set up, you can store new Notebooks on your Group Site so
accessible to everyone in the Group. Select the Sites location when you create a new noteb

From OneNote Online or Windows Store app version, look for the "Share" button in the top

OneNote Desktop app

From OneNote desktop app version, go to "File" on the top menu and then choose "Share".
