PREPARATION
CRACK THE EGG IN A BOWL AND BEAT IT
ALONG WITH THE SUGAR. ADD THE MILK AND
MIX.

SIFT THE FLOUR ON TOP WITH THE YEAST,


CINNAMON, AND A PINCH OF SALT.

PEEL THE BANANAS. CRUSH ONE OF THEM


WITH A FORK AND ADD IT TO THE BOWL.
AROMATIZE WITH VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL YOU
GET A HOMOGENEOUS CREAM.

HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER IN A SMALL


NONSTICK SKILLET AND CURDLE THE
PREVIOUS DOUGH INTO THE FORM OF
PANCAKES. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON EACH
SIDE. REMOVE THEM AND SET THEM ASIDE.

CLEAN THE STRAWBERRIES, WASH


THEM, AND CUT THEM WITH THE
REMAINING BANANA IS INTO
SLICES.

SPREAD THE PANCAKES


ON THE PLATES
INTERSPERSED WITH
LAYERS OF FRUIT.
POUR THE HONEY
