Submission of online OPD claims (FY 2022-23) on Actual basis for ex-
employees will be available from 01st April to 25th April 2023.
Ex-employees are requested to ensure that
a) Only online claim submission through ex-employees portal is acceptable.

b) The bills should be for the period from 01st April 2022 to 31st March 2023.

c) The entire documents should be scanned and one pdf file (Maxm.10 MB
size) can be attached.

d) The bills should be arranged date wise. Every prescription should follow the
medicine bill then Investigation/test/pathology bill. (Investigation /
Pathological / Test reports need not be attached).

e) All bills and prescriptions in original should be kept properly till end of July
2024.

f) The Investigation Reports are not to be attached.

g) To submit actual OPD claim, login ex-employees portal, click on “PRMS

Claims” then select “OPD” and then select “Actual OPD Claim” and fill the
claim as suggested in point ‘d’ above.

Further it is to inform that OPD claim on Certification basis for next

Financial Year (FY 2023-24) would be available only from 01st May 2023

This issues with the approval of Competent authority.
