HR department has to ensure the below is arranged before the joining of the new staff i.e
1. Coordinate with different departments to fix time for meeting the new staff member for
briefing about the project activities
2. Arrange a meeting with department heads to brief the new joiner.
3. HR to give a round of the office to the newly joined staff to guide him/her about the
facility and make them feel comfortable. (Offices/ Washrooms/ Tea area etc)
