    Tasks

    1. Read the paper by Bebchuk- Fried and be ready to answer questions about LTIP like a
    mechanism of corporate governance.
    2. Read the paper by Jensen et al. and be ready to answer questions about executives
    remunerations.
    3. Prepare a group’s presentations about examples of executive’s remuneration in the western
    companies. What kinds of indicators were included in LTIPs? Compare size of remuneration
    with other companies in the same industry, what incentives can be created by such schemes of
    LTIPs?
