I. Aquatic (10 points each)

1.It is important to practice safety in the use of facilities and equipment? Why? 

Practicing safety is taking good care of ourselves, to the things that we use, and to the
people that we served. It is and therefore, practicing proper safety of facilities and
equipment it shows our respect—that we are mindful and we care for them that we
assure the safety of all. Most importantly, decreases the risks or issues that may occur
as a result of inappropriate use. Truly, advantageous to everyone.

2. How do you demonstrate proper etiquette in the use of facilities and equipment? 

First, and my fuel to ignite my “will” to do my responsibility in my workplace is that I am


discipline to follow the instructions and precautions being said and labeled. Like of these
following:

 Taking good care in using facilities and equipment’s and use them solely on their
purpose.
 Using equipment’s that I know how to used.
 Being alert and aware in the training area.
 Lastly, Practicing proper hygiene and care.

II. Physical Education (20 points each)

1.Physical Development 

Physical development refers to the growth and development of the brain as well as the
body from infancy and early childhood. It includes developing muscle control and
physical coordination. This control is employed in a variety of daily functioning skills and
involves children's capacity to execute a variety of diverse tasks, such as
communicating, making friends, and understanding their surroundings. From these
experiences will fosters children at best. The opportunity to acquire skills, rather than the
child's chronological age, determines progress toward this control.

2. Social Development   

The goal of social development is to improve the well-being of all individuals in society
so that they can attain their maximum potential. Barriers must be removed so that all
citizens can pursue their ambitions with confidence and dignity. Children develop a
sense of who they are and where they fit in the social environment through their
relationships and connections with others. Also, can influence how adults and their peers
perceive them by actively participating in these relationships. A strong set of social skills
enables us to interact, relate to, and connect with others. This is critical for forming
connections and navigating our way through life with greater happiness.
3. Emotional Development 

Emotional development is the ability to perceive, express, and control feelings at various
periods of life, as well as to empathize with the feelings of others. Relationships with
parents, siblings, and classmates have a huge influence on the development of these
emotions, which include both happy and negative emotions. Children who can
comprehend and express their emotions more easily have greater sympathetic and
social abilities, which can aid in the development of relationships.

4. Mental Development

Mental development refers to the gradual changes and improvements that occur during
mental growth. It encompasses abilities such as attending, seeing, watching,
remembering, envisioning, thinking, problem solving, and language development. These
talents vary, expand, and mature with age, and then drop as we get older. Regardless of
a broad pattern of mental development, each individual grows and develops in his or her
own way. Mental development helps an individual's cognitive abilities expand as they
grow and develop.
