II.PROJECT BACKGROUND
-This project problem here is that those who are new graduates are finding it difficult to find
a job nowadays because of the pandemic. Due to the pandemic that happened, the job
recruitment system has changed, because of this other people are having a hard time finding a
job. According to OECD to organization the demand for special skills in the healthcare sector
and in logistics increased. The brief also shows that the crisis affected differently individuals
with different levels of educational qualifications. As reported by Carl Aninon, there is
women in their community named steffhanie, she is a new graduated she want to find a job
but the new system of hiring is now changed, there are a lot of company’s/job recruitment has
been change it is so different from the past that there is no pandemic happen, that’s why until
now she is still struggling to find job. That’s why the solution we came up with is to give
them a proposal which is the seminar, give them strategies that they can use to find a job and
of course this is a big help specially to those new graduates and the unemployed who want to
find a job. Just like Steffhanie, she is new graduated, she want to find a job but the new
system of hiring is now changed that’s why until now she is still struggling to find a job

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 To provide service and support through seminar program for unemployed, new
graduates in Ilbocean, Midsayap, Cotabato.
 To help them find a job
 To give them ideas/strategy on how to find a job nowadays.
 We will monitor them, guide them if they are doing well, give them a little sponsor
like (biodata’s, resume),and if they forget or have difficulties the day we held the
seminar, they can contact us so we can still help them.
IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT
-The desired impact we want in this project is to help them to find a job ,give them an
idea/strategies on how to find a job this days like for example; filling up the biodata (new
data’s , requirement) how they can cope up with the new hiring system. We will sustain
this project by monitoring them, guide them if they are doing well, give them a little
sponsor they need, for example; ( biodata) and also encourage them until they will find
the right job .

V. RISK MANAGEMENT
-The possible risk of this project is maybe antisocial or aggressive behavior. The possible
solution we will do is to make sure that we have security present at our event/seminar,
that they are properly trained, certified and inducted into the specific of or event safety
processes and plants.

IX. OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

-Seminar proposal is the design of seminar paper’s, usually written in search of funding
or when approval is needed for the conduct of research on human subjects. It provides a
systematic theoretical and practical knowledge of innovation project management.
-This is what we need to do to support our project, we will solicit people who want to
help us with our project.

X. CONCLUSION
-We appreciate your foundation for considering the proposal.
This proposal offers advice and direction in the new graduates and un employed who’s
struggling to find a job. This will ultimately lead to economic growth and new
opportunities will come.
Furthermore, even thought this project proposal of ours will cost a lot money because of
the needs/resources will used but it will really benefit the people who really need to find a
job without struggling so much.
