I. CALL TO ORDER: Ms. Jennifer N. Bante, called to order the meeting at 8:30
am on August 4, 2022 in the classroom of Grade 9 Mabini, Don Gregorio O.
Balatan Institute Inc.

II. DISCUSSION OF THE AGENDA FOR THE PARENTS’ ORIENTATION 2022

Ms. Jennifer N. Bante opened the matters regarding the reopening of classes.
The parents and guardians should be informed of the following:

1. Ms. Jennifer N. Bante give a brief introduction about themselves before they
proceed with the discussion of the students’ requirements for the school year
2022-2023.

7. Others
Dress Code and Proper Haircut
The parents should be informed that the students must wear their uniform for
the upcoming limited face-to-face classes. Crop top, sleeveless, shorts is not
allowed. Students must wear appropriate attire in attending school. Long hair
for the LGBTQ community is allowed but crossdressing inside the school
premises is not permitted by the school. Wearing of makeup, and dying of
hair is strictly prohibited.

III. DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS AND AGENDA FOR THE PARENTS’

ORIENTATION
Ms. Jennifer N. Bante distributed to the parents the forms and agenda
relevant for the parents’ orientation.
