Separating mixtures experiment:

Statement of problem:
Who can be separate the salt, sand and water?

Hypothesis:
I think that this mixture can be separate using special
separating mixtures methods

Materials:
One and a half spoon of salt
Half spoon of sand
Water
Beakers(x2)
Heater
Filter
Filtration paper

Procedure:
First you have to put water, salt and sand in one
baker, second you stir all the components on the
baker to make a mixture of water, salt and sand, on
the other baker you have to put the filter with the
filtration paper,
Then you have to spill the mixture of water, salt and
sand on the filter to do the filtration process to
separate mixtures, next you see that the sand now is
on the filtration paper, but the water is even salty
water and you have to transform the salty water on
pure water and finally you put the baker with salty
water on the heater and the heat of the heater
evaporates the water and crystalled the salt

Results:
In this experiment I use two different processes to
separate mixtures

Conclusion:
You can separate the salty water with sand using the
processes of filtration and evaporation
