Good morning to all of my classmates here in the class Grade 8-Faith and to my

English teacher Mrs. Lilia G. Ellamar. I am here to deliver the speech I have
prepared for the end of this school year, the year 2022-2023. First of all, it is truly
and honor to share memories and moments with all of you. I would like to give
my thanks to all the teacher that guided me throughout this school year,
especially to our class adviser, Ma’am Riza. The experiences that happened this
year is a gift that I will treasure the most. The first ever school activity I
participated in is Campus Journalism, where I received an award for placing third
in Radio/News Broadcasting. Then I remember the Festival of Talents for all grade
level, this is the time when I tried declamation and choir, and I am surprise our
choir won first place in the festival.

Our last event for the year 2022 is our Year End Party, where you can cosplay as
any character. In our Year End Party, I dressed up as the Greek goddess
Aphrodite, we also danced macarena, played fun games, and exchanged gifts. As
for the year 2023, the Sports Festival came up, there was volleyball, basketball,
chess, and badminton. I joined badminton as a solo and got in the championships,
unfortunately the grade 8 level lost to the grade 10, hence we placed second in
badminton. So far, those were all the events I experienced here in New
Buenavista Academy, the next activity is the Educational Tour or our upcoming
Field Trip that will be held this 30th of March. Since this school year is almost over,
I would like to say my goodbyes to all of you till we meet again next school year,
