 We are designing the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP),
Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) that used for Iron,
Manganese, Total Hardness & dissolved Metal Removal Plant and Rain Water
Harvesting Plant, Drinking Water Plant (DWP). Estimate the Electromechanical costing,
Installation of Electromechanical Work and operation & supervision of the plant.
 Industrial Environmental service, supply and support for different types of industries like
Food and Beverages, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Pulp & Paper industry, Sugar Industry,
Textiles Dyeing industry, Dyes & Chemical industry, Milk processing industry, Natural
Organic Fertilizer, water industry, Leather Industry, Boiler, Chiller & Cooling tower feed
water treatment, Chemical dosing for clean operation and perform descaling.
 We are designing & supplying Organic Fertilizer Plant (OFP) as a part of Solid Waste
Management.
 Working on Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC), RSL and MRSL.
 Working on ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System).

Job description as Dept. Head of Industrial Environment Management

(IEM) at SQUARE Group:
 As departmental head of the Environment Management, one of my prime tasks is giving
direction for preparing -
 We need to submit the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Department of
Environment (DoE), Bangladesh, before starting any project and Terms of
References (TOR), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental &
Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) & Environmental Management Program (EMP)
for Environmental Clearance Certificate from Dept. of Environment, Bangladesh
of the factories of Square Group. It contains the details of a project, including the
environmental management program.
 Planning, implementing, and monitoring the development of 3R (Reduce, Reuse
& Recycle) is one of my prominent jobs that plays a crucial role in achieving
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
  I entail cooperating with team members on various Environmental &
Sustainability work for respected buyers, e.g. Hugo Boss, H&M, etc. We assess
the risk of continuing projects and set a series of activities to mitigate pollution
and make the operation environment friendly.
 Apart from this, Designing, consultancy & supervision of Effluent Treatment Plant
(ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Water
Reclamation Plant (WRP), Drinking Water Treatment Plant (DWTP), Iron Removal Plant
(IRP), Organic Fertilizer Plant (OFP) of different sectors of Square Group (Such as
Textile Factory, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Food & Beverages etc.) are my vital tasks.
 In addition, I was the lead auditor of ISO 14001 and responsible for chemical
management. Besides, I have to prepare training materials and monitor training schedules
to raise Environmental awareness, safety, and security to control toxic/ hazardous
substances among internal & external stakeholders.

This company provides both products and services. In the case of Products they sell- ETP, WTP,
WRP, IRP, OFP, DWP, STP, and so on, each is environmentally friendly. Technologies used for
these plants or treatment processes are proven and renowned all over the world. On the other
hand, for services, mainly we provide consultancy. For establishing a factory, we assess the
Environmental Impact. We suggest Environmental Management Program produce environment-
friendly operations to minimize pollution and set the road map to achieve zero harm to the
environment. Besides, as part of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), we provide
environmental awareness training to the youth in a community to come out with broadened
knowledge and voice to protect the environment. Besides this, we offer training professionals to
operate those plants smoothly, chemical management, e.g. handling & storing hazardous
chemicals, PPE etc. Moreover, we often work as environmental specialists to get an
Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC). To do so, we design the total Environmental
system, do all the documentation works required for the certification, train up the workforce, and
continual development.

Canada shows zero tolerance for the environment, and so to make or run an industry, it should
maintain the federal and provincial environmental act. These plants are trendy in Canada, and
with the development of initiatives and hard of laws, more of these will be needed.
Besides, upgrading technology is a continuous process, so this profession has become more
prevalent throughout Canada. Furthermore, solid waste management is one of the greatest threats
to the community. As we have vast experience in solid waste collection, segregation,
management & disposal, this company can either provide consultancy to the governing body or
work as a copartner of a government body or privately to manage solid waste.
In addition, organic farming has become well-practiced throughout the world. Our providing
technology of manufacturing organic fertilizer produces fertilizer but also manages non-
hazardous biodegradable solid waste.
