REVENUES FROM OPERATING ACTIVITIES :

 commission received from arcade machines installed in the hotel lobby,


 income from rented rooms,
 revenue from the gastronomic activity of the hotel restaurant,
 charges for canceled group booking (20% deduction),
 revenues from bowling center,
 revenues from the SPA zone,
 revenues from conference room (training purposes).
FINANCIAL REVENUES:

 commission received from arcade machines installed in the hotel


lobby,
 income from rented rooms,
 compensation received from insurance company due to a hydraulic
failure (interruption in business),
 revenues from purchased commercial bonds of other enterprises,
 interest on a bank deposit,
 interest received for late payment from the contractor,
 positive exchange rate differences (related to the purchase and sale of
foreign currency),
OTHER NON-OPERATING REVENUES:

 rental of commercial space for external entities (store in a hotel lobby)


 granted concession for another hotel to operate under the
„CONVENIENCE HOTEL” brand (a franchise agreement),
 transfers of guests from the airport or train station to / from the hotel.
