GRADE 10 ORGANIZATION COLLABORATION MEETING

WITH SAMAFIL & MSSC FOR THE UPCOMING 105TH
FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND 45TH NATIONALIZATION
ANNIVERSARY OF MNCHS

DECEMBER 1, 2022

The first collaboration meeting of G10 Class Organization, SAMAFIL, & MSSC Officers
was called to conduct on December 1, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in Masbate National Comprehensive
Highschool, AP department.Meeting Agenda was to deliberate the committee assigned and
activities to be included on the school’s upcoming 105th Founding Anniversary, and plan the
Founding Day Booth.

To start the meeting, each organization presidents summarized the discussions of the
booth they choose . They discussed that the 3 organization which are present well have a
collaboration on preparing the choosen booth for the upcoming 105 th Founding Day this year.
Then, the MSSC president took the led to discuss the plan about the choosen booth which is the
photo booth, the discussion simply started from planning the options of the frames or designs,
the accessories, as well as the name of the booth.

Later on, the officers came up with several suggestions of relevant ideas for the options
such as polaroids, webcam toy, plain, etc. and they also talk about the accessories to supplement
for the booth such as headbands, shades, hats and mustaches. After that, they finally decided
what would be the name of their booth, wherein they come up with the name “712 KODAK”.
Moving on from the name, they also discussed about the packaging, flyers, posters, expenses,
and officers assigned in each fields, such as the photographer and as well as the technological
gadgets that is essential to operate the booth.

Finally, after deciding the fields which each organizations is assigned to, they finally
discussed about the preparation to do before the day of the upcoming event which is the
foundation day, in which the officers of each organization needs to meet after their classes to
help for the preparation of the photo booth for the upcong said event. The meeting was adjourned
at 5:00 PM as scheduled. Hence, the president in lead declared the adjournment of the
collaboration meeting.
