Mr. Mimlitz:

You have a right to expect the best possible service from XYZ Sign Co. We take pride in our
work, and in the variety of products we offer for clients’ advertising and decoration needs, which
includes collaborating on custom orders to ensure low prices.

We reviewed the photos you sent of your custom stand-up display signs, as well as the order you
signed for them. From your email, we understand that the signs were displayed outside, during
which time there was a period of rain. Because lamination is necessary for our signs to withstand
exposure to UV rays and moisture, every order includes a printed disclaimer that standard
display signs without lamination are for indoor use only. You may be interested in ordering
laminated replacement signs, which we can guarantee will be protected from sunlight and rain
for the duration of your Arbor Day sale. You are of course also welcome to order more indoor-
only standard display signs. Please note that an expedited overnight order incurs an additional
service fee of $50.

We would be happy to deliver any replacement signs that you order to The Garden Center
tomorrow morning during our business hours (8am-6pm). If we can help you further with your
