Subject: Replacement of turnout coats

Hi Dan,

Please send 20 turnout coats (SKU #43210) to replace the coats from my recent order, as some
are showing significant wear and tear after only three months.

Four months ago, I purchased 20 turnout coats from ACME Corporation. These coats are
guaranteed under warranty to avoid significant wear and tear for 24 months, but 11 of them are
already showing significant wear (specifically, the stitching where the arm joins the body panel
of the coat is unraveling). Three other coats have also started to show the same wear, though not
yet as severe as the others. The condition of these coats can be seen in the attached photos,
provided to me from the fire station that has been using them. I would like all 20 of the coats in
this order to be replaced, as I expect the remaining six coats from this batch could likely show
the same early wear issues.

If you send the new coats today, we should receive them by tomorrow. Expediting this order is
crucial, as this safety gear is a requirement for our firefighters to continue doing their jobs.
Please confirm the shipment of the replacement coats and let me know what you would like to
have done with the original coats for your quality control process.
