A. If the idea like Marshall Plan is implemented in many poor African countries, this world
would be a better place.

Answer :
1. I think so, if this was applied to poor countries like Africa, maybe it could be better. this is
still 'Maybe' because once the aid funds are given, the application must be correct and good
without any personal interest elements, the idea and pattern of using the budget given must
precisely match the geographical conditions and human resources of the country. if this is
implemented properly and the same efforts between countries providing assistance and
receiving assistance are also good. then it is more likely that the poor country will improve.
2. Yes, I agree,
because the basic principle of this laissez-faire theory is to advocate the absence of
government intervention in the economy. The leader does not give instructions anymore.
They allow their subordinates to do what they want. There is no control and correction. Of
course in the leadership, there is chaos and clashes.

Meanwhile, currently the government is not an interventionist but as a support, and this
laissez -faire system, if it is to be used, may only be carried out in a limited area or city. will
not be able to develop, let alone cover foreign countries, because in today's era the
technology system is increasingly sophisticated and the administration is more disciplined
and between countries cooperate with each other and have cooperation rules which govern all
economic systems, resources, demand, supply and others. the laissez-faire system also leads
to increased income inequality and neglected public or common interests.
