PRESIDENT’S REPORT
“Witnessing faithfully to God’s love in Christ in every place and time in the power of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 1:8
I. Introduction
WOPIC as an organization aims to unite and develop the Women of the church through
the study of the Holy Scriptures, seminars/ gatherings, or fellowship, to formulate and
implement programs for the protection and promotion of the interest of its members and
take a stand in issues affecting them and the country as a whole.
The programs and activities of the WOPIC has been active and working for the past years.
However, pandemic has brought challenges to the organization especially in the way we
conducted activities. The organization has shifted to virtual meetings and activities during
the pandemic. The officers sought several ways to ensure that the organization stays
afloat during pandemic. Fortunately, the WOPIC being strong women did not just survive
the pandemic but thrive so that this organization continues the mission and ministry
entrusted to us by the Lord through this church.
The WOPIC Organization has 2 clusters – the Norther Cluster (in the Northern Vicariate)
which is composed of 16 parishes and missions, and the Southern Cluster (in the
Southern Vicariate) composed of 11 parishes and missions. The officers of the
organization for the triennial term 2020-2023 in the diocesan level are:

Last October 13-15, 2022 the organization has conducted the First Diocesan
WOPIC Camp, held at Francisco Infante Memorial High School attended by 14
parishes and mission with 107 delegates.
Topics during the camp were integrated. These are Unhealthy Lifestyle Diseases
and Personality Development.
Proceeds of the activity were given to the Seminarian Support, FIMHS for comfort
rooms construction, and organizational fund.
With these, thank you very much for the support for three years and I hope that the
passion lives on as we elect our new set of officers who will serve for the next triennium.
