1.Introduction
 “Leadership is not a person or a position. It is a complex moral relationship
between people based on trust, obligation, commitment, emotion, and a shared
vision of God.” our theme “Witnessing Faithfully to God’s love in Christ in every place
and in the power of the Holy Spirit” Acts 1: 8
They are a lot of different things: to witness God’s love for us, like love,
success, knowledge,sacrifices and a lot more .”in line with this the Southern
WOPIC Organization shared our happiness, our adventure and above all,can
help each other in times of sadness and trouble that’s make WOPIC unique
individual as a group.
You don’t know how great you can be! How much you can love! and share.
What you can accomplish! And what your potential is!”
If we are willing to do these our organization will be successful and strong to
face different kinds of trials . We work as one and believe that God is our
redeemer and don’t put us in trouble.
“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past
or present are certain to miss the future.” We’re free to say
what we want, do what we want, and start to be with others.
They weren’t afraid of taking risks and worked very hard to
achieve what they deserved. That’s the qualities of a true
WOPIC.
WOPIC of the Southern Vicariate believes on these that
we work hard to achieve what we want for our organization,
face all the trials and believe that there is always change to do
better as an organization. Hoping for a better year ahead of
us. Thank you for the past 3 years of friendship and holding on
to achieve our plans, dreams, achievement and loving each
other as sisters in Christ.

111. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN
* It was a silent year for us because of pandemic limited meetings and no
face to face activities especially 2020 up to 2021. Only we supported some
of parish activities but limited exposure .This 2022 we participated the
Month of the laity. Wopic joined the Dance craze during the program *
Attended the Regional WOPIC Congress at Martir’s Inland Resort at Sitio
Butila, Tinadtaran, Buenavista , Guimaras last April 29- May 1, 2022. We
have a WOPIC CARES (Alkansya) and La Castellana donated Php. 500.00
in Luzon Earthquake tragedy same with Dancalan of php.
600.00, Ilog Php. 200.00 and still going on with that project. WOPIC Camp
at Valladolid, last Oct. 13-15, 2022. Supports Holy week, Fiesta, Flores de
Mayo, Home visitation , Harana, daigon and Bible Study before Sunday
mass. One of the best experience we had even though it breaks my heart but
it gives me more lessons in life.

*aim to have a project in making dishwashing paste but the venue and date still on
process.

V. PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED

*Distance and natural calamities hindrances

* Poor attendance during meeting due to some
old members getting sick
Lack of commitment
VI. RECOMMENDATION

*Strengthened the organization through

proper coordination
* Empowered women for commitment
* If possible back to 3 district namely:
Northern, Central and Southern
